We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint administration, customization, and management. This role involves reviewing and updating our current SharePoint setup, optimizing access permissions, enhancing the landing page, and providing a comprehensive dashboard solution. Additionally, the specialist will review our Microsoft license and assist in transitioning from GoDaddy to a provider offering full access to SharePoint features.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze our current SharePoint setup to identify areas for improvement.
Update the SharePoint landing page to enhance user experience and accessibility.
Modify permissions to ensure streamlined access for team members without the need for administrative intervention.
Develop and implement a user-friendly dashboard to facilitate efficient data management and reporting.
Evaluate our current Microsoft license and guide us in switching from GoDaddy to a more suitable provider with full access to SharePoint features.
Provide recommendations on workflows and other potential improvements, if necessary.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a SharePoint Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Experience with SharePoint customization, including landing page design and dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions and access management.
Familiarity with Microsoft licensing and transitioning between service providers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and understand their requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in SharePoint or related Microsoft technologies.
Experience with migrating SharePoint services between providers.
Knowledge of workflow automation within SharePoint, although not immediately required.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
