4. admin selects from respondents, and assigns case file to one contact by updated column with contact email
5. automation 2: upon assignment A. status column updates to "assigned" and B. contact is notified via calendar entry containing assignment details and form link with attachment uploader (must use one-drive style document scanning for multiple pages)
6. automation 3: upon upload of assignment documentation A. sharepoint row is updated with link to file and B. admin is notified and C. status column update to "pending review"
7. automation 4: upon status column update to "complete" add case file details to corresponding notification recipient BUT generate a queue and provide one daily digest rather than individual notifications.
