SharePoint Intranet
Objective:
Create a centralized intranet portal that will:
1. Give employees quick access to software applications used in daily work
2. Create fast access to frequently used procedures and documents
3. Foster engagement via anniversaries, babies, and birthdays
4. Foster engagement via “kudos” from employee to employee (Likes/Comments)
5. Share newsworthy items, including new/improved tools
The portal should be highly visual, highly inviting and useful. It should reflect Delphi-US’ color theme.

SharePoint Documents and Folders:
• Roughly 15 links
• HR Q&A (how request PTO, access benefits portal, etc.)
• Customized “Recent Documents” (user permission)

Events and Activities:
• Anniversaries
• New Babies
• Employee of the Year
• Holiday Parties
• Teambuilding Activities
• Promotions
• New Hires
• Calendar (Holidays, Gatherings, etc.)

Other:
• Customized page where possible (name, recent document access, various weather locations, their Outlook calendar)
• If possible, a section that can be customized by users (their individual favorite documents, etc.)

Hourly Range: $12.00-$25.00
