we have a specific process that we need to run for the next year on a monthly basis (batch flow) which involves sending out insurance offer emails and reminders. In detail:

– setting up email template with specific html design (existing html template can be reused)
– email needs to contain text and be available in 4 languages
– email contains unique deeplink (when opened, a page in our existing frontend application is opened where the user can confirm the offer)
– email also contains a link to a ZoHo form (in specific design), via which user can e.g. tell us that he does not want to accept the offer – this informaiton needs to be stored on ZoHo
– the process can be fed with an Excel containing all relevant information (email address, name of recipient, unique deeplink per client to the insurance offer, correspondence language of client)
– ZoHo needs to integrate with our core insurance system (2-3 API endpoints to check whether client has confirmed offer)
– automatic reminder emails to be sent out in case client has not confirmed offer after X days

Hourly Range: $20.00-$35.00
