Mirketa Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for leading and managing the implementation, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. This position requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow to provide expert guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Must have expertise of Service Now “Customer Service Management” and "Service Portfolio Management" module.
• Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC and Knowledge.
• Manage the ServiceNow instance, including user administration, system configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create technical designs, and develop strategies for implementation.
• Monitor system performance, identify, and resolve issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of the platform.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and address service requests related to ServiceNow functionality.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on implementation, customization, and administration.
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs etc.
• Excellent Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API’s, Web Services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• ServiceNow certifications are a good-to-have.
• ServiceNow Integration Hub (Slack and Salesforce Preferred).
