We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer with expertise in custom theme development and Tailwind CSS to join our team (Full Time).

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom WordPress themes using HTML, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS based on provided designs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of WordPress architecture and theme customization, combined with a strong focus on pixel-perfect design implementation using Tailwind CSS and SCSS.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our design team to convert finished designs into interactive, responsive, and custom WordPress themes.
– Develop front end functionality and features using WordPress hooks, PHP, HTML, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
– Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy and attention to detail when translating designs into WordPress themes.
– Optimize themes for maximum speed, performance, and scalability within the WordPress environment.
– Collaborate with back end developers to integrate custom theme components and functionalities.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress development trends, plugins, and best practices.

Requirements:
– Extensive experience as a WordPress developer, with a proven track record in custom theme development.
– Proficient in developing pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes based on provided designs.
– Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, WordPress standards, and accessibility considerations.
– Solid grasp of CSS preprocessors, particularly SCSS, and Tailwind CSS for styling.
– Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
– Familiarity with JavaScript and associated front end frameworks relevant to WordPress.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
– A portfolio showcasing your previous work, especially custom WordPress themes and Tailwind-based projects.
