● Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and
knowledge sharing.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing
progress, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 5-7 years of experience in testing telecom BSS and OSS projects.
● Strong understanding of telecom domain concepts and technologies.
● Exposure in testing automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
● Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
● ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
