Position Summary:
The Senior Technical Consultant will leverage their advanced technical expertise to address complex technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and deliver high-level insights that drive business success. The position is flexible and intermittent, without specific job hours, allowing for adaptability in consulting engagements. This role involves providing strategic business advice and occasional mentorship to junior personnel on a consulting basis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise:
– Provide expert-level technical guidance in software engineering, development, and data analysis.
– Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions for complex technical problems.
– Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application of best practices.

2. Strategic Business Consulting:
– Analyze business requirements and objectives to deliver strategic technical solutions that align with overall business goals.
– Offer insights and recommendations to improve business processes, enhance performance, and drive innovation.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Mentorship and Development:
– Mentor and guide junior personnel, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
– Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to upskill team members.
– Provide constructive feedback and support to junior staff on project execution and problem-solving.

4. Project Management:
– Lead and oversee technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

– Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve any issues that arise during project development.

5. Client Engagement:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
– Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Data Analytics or a related field; advanced education preferred.
– 3+ years of experience in software engineering, development, data analysis, or related roles.
– Proven experience in providing strategic business consulting and technical solutions.
– Strong mentoring and coaching skills with some experience developing junior talent preferred.
