JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Team Leader with experience in CRON, PHP, Laravel, APIs, CRM.
The ideal candidate will initially focus on building the infrastructure of our credit card submission advertiser from scratch. Once the infrastructure is in place, the role will transition to a project management focus, where you will be responsible for building and managing a development team around you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Development: Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems for our credit card submission advertising platform.
Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of developers as the company grows.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the backend systems with other company operations.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Experience in development management or project management roles.
Proficiency in backend languages and frameworks.
Strong understanding of database management and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Rocketgate/Sticky/Konnektive

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the advertising technology industry.
Familiarity with frontend technologies and full-stack development.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
