📑 Key Responsibilities**

– Designing valuable solutions through understanding customers and defining problems for the improvement of products within your track.
– UX design and prototype creation.
– Defining Visual and Interaction Design.
– Collaborating with Product Owners, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, developers, etc., to deliver products that provide value to users.

**💡 Requirements**

– Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, including mobile app product design.
– Ability to enhance the overall service’s Visual Design quality based on high proficiency in design systems and UI.
– Understanding of platform-specific UI patterns & trends.
– Capable of delivering essential Interaction Design to communicate information smoothly to users and sharing designs through prototypes with the team.
– Logical problem definition and solution derivation based on user needs and data.
– Excellent communication skills with PO, UXR, DA, developers, and collaborative departments.
– Leadership that can guide the team in a positive direction by sharing expertise and advice.

**👍 Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience in design for content/community, commerce, or global services, or understanding of the related industries or products.
– Experience and interest in data collection/analysis tools.
– Ability to improve development efficiency through structural UI design.
– Extensive experience and a high understanding of design systems.
– A desire to understand and grow with Must Fintech’s organizational culture.
– Willing to learn-minded.
– Korean speakers are preferred or willing to learn Korean.
