Who you are:
Product Visionary (7+ years): Translate vision into successful SaaS products, with a proven track record in process automation, workflow optimization, financial records reconciliation, or revenue leak detection. Expertise in utilizing AI/ML for predictive analytics or fraud detection is highly desirable.
Tech-Savvy Builder: Craft clear requirements and functional designs for AI-powered features, collaborating closely with engineers to bring your vision to life. Don’t shy away from diving into technical details to streamline processes and optimize operations.
Data-Driven Strategist: Translate data into actionable insights and drive prioritized roadmaps for maximum impact. Practical experience with AI/ML applications in a similar field like workflow management, financial record reconciliation, or supply chain management optimization is a plus.
Hospitality IT domain knowledge, especially in PMS and OTAs, is favorable.
Security Advocate: Experience with SaaS application security, data privacy, and PCI compliance is highly desirable. You prioritize building secure and compliant solutions that protect our clients’ valuable data.
Agile Guru: Agile methodology is your second language. You thrive in collaborative environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
Results-Oriented Rock Star: You thrive under pressure, excel at multitasking, and deliver impactful results that propel the platform forward and empower our clients’ success.
Bonus points:
Own the User Experience: Craft intuitive interfaces and collaborate with external designers to elevate the customer journey. UI/UX design skills or user research experience is a plus.
