We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a talented NetSuite Developer to join our finance and IT team. Our goal is to enhance our financial operations and data management through strategic automation and integration projects within NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite development, with specific experience in financial processes automation, data consolidation, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement an ISOXML v3 ACH batch payment file template within NetSuite, enabling automated batch file preparation and upload to banking platforms.
* Optimize our financial consolidation process to efficiently manage a complex 7- to 8-layer parent-child organizational structure. This includes developing customized solutions within NetSuite for subsidiary roll-up adjustments and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the enterprise.
* Establish and maintain a daily bank feed integration within NetSuite, ensuring real-time financial data accuracy and accessibility.
* Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify additional automation opportunities, improving operational efficiencies and leveraging NetSuite’s capabilities to the fullest.
* Ensure all NetSuite developments and integrations adhere to best practices and compliance standards, maintaining data integrity and security.
* Provide ongoing support and training to users on the new NetSuite features and integrations, ensuring smooth adoption and maximization of the platform’s benefits.
* Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates, features, and best practices to continuously drive improvements and innovations within our financial systems.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in NetSuite development, with a strong portfolio of projects focused on financial automation and integration.
* Expert knowledge of ISOXML, ACH protocols, and banking integration within NetSuite.
* Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and experience managing complex organizational structures in NetSuite.
* Proficient in SuiteScript for custom development and automation within NetSuite.
* Experience with API development and management, particularly for banking and financial services integrations.
* Solid understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Hourly Range: $25.00
