We are looking for a driven and passionate senior front-end engineer to join our startup, to help us implement features that will deeply improve and automate cross-functional communication between teams. It’s an opportunity to ship often, learn a lot, and shape the future of work.

– If there’s a fit, this contract is at least a 3 months job. Indicated budget is the monthly salary
– We will only talk to the engineer who will join the team. We will not engage with managers, project managers, sales, etc.

– We are not looking for someone fast and good at developing MVPs, we’re beyond that phase. We’re looking for an engineer who can develop scalable and professional UIs and who worked on a product exposed to growing users
– You must have at least 5 years of Angular experience
– Engineering team based in India/Indonesia, founding team in the UK. Need to be open to shift regular working hours by 2-3 hours

What you’ll be doing?
– Bring designs to life: collaborate with the founders, your engineering team and designers to translate mocks into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless UX.
– Build powerful features: develop rich B2B SaaS features focused on cross-functional collaboration, across different form factors.
– Master State Management: develop advanced state management solutions using libraries like RxJS and NgRx. Ensure seamless synchronization with server-side data, enabling real-time updates.
– Visualize data and insights: craft insightful data visualization modules using complex datasets to empower data-driven decision making for our users. Leverage your expertise with D3.js, Chart.js, or similar.
– Champion performance: minimize latency and enhance performance with lazy loading, code splitting, and effective use of Angular’s strategies.
– Test and debug: conduct thorough testing and debugging of Luna, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various browsers and platforms.
– Guard the codebase: maintain and enhance the codebase, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and ensuring code quality through code reviews and documentation.

What do we value?
– +5 years of experience in front end development, working with scaleups, being exposed to a growing number of users.  
– Strong focus on Angular, fluency in the MEAN stack and main front-end frameworks.
– Proven experience with state management libraries like RxJS and NgRx.
– Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
– Deep experience and understanding of B2B SaaS elements such as building flexible reporting, rich text editors and responsive web apps.
– Commitment to quality and details as well as deep experience and care for performance, latency, security topics as we scale.
– Great communication skills adapted to a remote first working environment.
– Proactiveness to drive their own roadmap and improvements.
