Project Overview (2 tasks):

✨1. Treatment Plan Verification: Develop an AI that compares initial treatment plans against final treatments performed.

For example: if a doctor/dentist apply an unplanned treatment that wasn’t in the original plan and charge for it, the system alerts for the discrepancy to prevent overcharging. Basically, it’s a comparison of : the quotation price VS final invoice price. Easy Peasy.

Once the patient is charged, then it’s time for the health provider to buy the materials to the laboratory.

✨ 2. Laboratory Billing Accuracy: We need an AI that ensures their laboratory partner billed amounts match agreed-upon prices. Which is exactly the same as first mission, or very similar. It’s a quotation VS final invoice price comparison.

For example: We need to make sure that a prosthesis is priced at €200 (agreed between the laboratory and the health provider), isn’t billed at €250 unexpectedly by the laboratory.

Both tasks will involve robust data management and embedding technologies. ( Maybe Pinecone or Qdrant to efficiently handle large datasets ? You let us know. )

Integration will be through the API of their CRM called "ORISHA Healthcare".

Importantly, automation must be executed on a local server similar to n8n.io, not MAKE/ZAPIER, to comply with data privacy.

This role is aimed at collaborating with someone who is familiar with N8N, knows self-hosted automation, and can work with API connectors.
