Responsibilities:
– Design: Ideally using Figma to create a unique, modern, responsive design that works across all devices.
– Development: creating web applications with features such as property listings, search, filter options, user profiles and contact forms. Make sure the site is secure, fast and easy to maintain.
– SEO: implementing strategies to increase search engine rankings.

Requirements:
– Experienced web developer with a portfolio of real estate or similar projects.
– Experience using a CMS like WordPress or a framework like Next.js.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Ability to work independently or within a team.
– Good communication skills.
– Familiarity with the real estate industry.
