Required Features:
• Integrated Video Conferencing: Seamless, secured video conferencing capability for virtual tutoring sessions including scheduling/calendar and chat.  This should be integrated into the website, meaning user doesn’t leave the website or have to open another tab/app or register on a third-party platform to enter the conference.  The video doesn’t need to be branded with our brand but needs to be integrated and function properly, allowing screen sharing/white board features and multiple participants.  Web developer should recommend which solution works best with our website.
• Chat Feature: Real-time messaging functionality for communication

Please provide the below as separate cost:
Maintenance/de-bug or troubleshooting cost post-launch including maintaining video conference features and supporting in case of any issues
Updating/adjustments to website content post-launch

Notes:
Web developer should follow ”clean” bug-free code
Design process should be outlined including points where feedback is provided and revisions incorporated
Setup Google Analytics
Site must be compatible across different devices, web, mobile, tablet etc.
Must consider SEO
Must understand the brand and consider the target audience
Should be professional, reliable, friendly and approachable
Some website copy will be provided, but developer may be required to provide where needed
Artwork will be required by web developer such as icons, graphics, fonts, backgrounds
Testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and usability
Logo and basic brand guidelines will be provided by client
