We are embarking on a product journey. Planning to build a comprehensive employee monitoring solution for corporate organisations. The product would help keep track of employees, freelancers, and consultants of the work they do daily.

We need a team of 4 people with
1 Technical Lead,
2 Senior Developers,
1 experienced QA.

Here is a list of features the product will include:
Total usage time monitoring: Tracking the active hours of a user each day.
Livestream of a user’s machine.
Time away request: Users can request time away, subject to approval by a designated manager.
Productivity vs. Idle time: Monitoring apps/websites, categorizing them as productive or idle/neutral based on a predefined list.
Attendance feature: Allowing users to mark their daily presence and check-out time.
Holiday list: Users can view a list of holidays, with control vested in managing personnel.

Technical requirements:
We are looking for the development of a robust application compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux for user systems. Additionally, we require:
– A super admin panel for comprehensive management and reporting.
– Admin panels for managers to oversee and manage their respective teams.
– A user portal for seamless interaction.
– A captivating landing page to introduce our product.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$35.00
