We are seeking a professional web and UX/UI designer with 3+ years of experience to create a high-quality, custom business website. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing websites that are not only visually appealing but also highly effective in driving conversions. Our focus is on custom designs without relying on templates.

We are an online services business in the legal sector.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web and UX/UI design.
– Demonstrable experience in creating high-quality, custom-designed websites with a proven track record.
– Strong understanding and experience in conversion optimization techniques to enhance user engagement and drive sales.
– Experience with custom illustrations, UI Kit elements, and motion design is required.
– Ability to drive the branding and design without much direction.
– Give various suggestions for design aspects like typography, illustrations, images, etc.
– Experience in designing websites without relying on templates, ensuring unique and bespoke designs for each project.
– Bonus: Ability to assist with new logo and branding initiatives.

Project Deliverables:

– A comprehensive design file including all visual elements, custom illustrations, UI Kit elements, and motion design.
– Bonus: Development of the website, preferably in WordPress, but open to Webflow or Framer.
– A fully functional, responsive business website that aligns with our brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
– Implementation of conversion optimization techniques to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
