We are in search of a highly experienced Quality Assurance (QA) agency based in North America to assist with the testing of our ongoing SaaS platform. Our project demands a team with a proven track record in delivering thorough testing services that ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive testing across all stages of development, including but not limited to functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
– Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, collaborating closely with our development team to facilitate swift resolutions.
– Provide detailed feedback and reports on test findings, including recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
– Work within our agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

– Located in North America – this is non-negotiable as we are looking to work closely with a team within the same region to ensure alignment and ease of communication.
– Extensive experience in QA testing of SaaS platforms, with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
– Proficient in automated testing tools and methodologies.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing outcomes and recommendations.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$100.00
