We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As our new Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and updating our company website and other digital products.

Responsibilities:
– Design visually appealing websites and landing pages that align with our brand identity
– Conceptualize original ideas for website layouts, user interfaces, and interactions
– Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business and user needs
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
– Conduct user research and testing to optimize web designs for usability and conversion
– Develop page layouts and site navigation menus for smooth user experience
– Maintain design systems across our digital products for consistent look and feel
– Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
– Work closely with our development team to implement responsive, mobile-friendly designs

Requirements:
– 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer
– Strong portfolio showcasing modern website design work
– Proficiency with design software like Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
– Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles
– Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating with developers
– Understanding of web accessibility and WCAG compliance standards
– Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
