• You must have extensive experience building clean and fast websites with WordPress/Woocommerce, Webflow and Shopify from scratch with a high level of expertise.
• You must have extensive experience building using Figma designs
• You must have a mobile first approach to build websites focused on both mobile and desktop with a mobile first approach
• Understand best practices for cross-platform compatibility for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and other screens. All projects must look good across all platforms and not break as pages scale.
• You should be able to build websites that are extremely fast and are not bogged down inefficient code. You know how to build websites optimized for speed
• You must be able to work fast and meet deadlines and respond to all request within 24 hours. We’ll end your engagement for any responses that take more than 24 hours.
• You must be able to work and communicate with a technical ceo on a regular basis (usually weekly) to exchange ideas, fix issues and resolve bugs
• Your English speaking skills are excellent and above average
• You must be able to start immediately
We’re looking for someone with extreme attention to detail to build pixel perfect websites from designs provided by our design team.
As a developer, you must be passionate about crafting beautiful experiences for the web. You love design as much as code, and you get excited about taking a design from scratch and building it to completion. You should enjoy working with the latest technologies, understand UX principles, how people use the web, and care about improving the user experience.
You must be able to do your own Quality Assurance with the design we’ve provided to you and make sure everything is 100% matching the design.You will not just build things without testing their functionality first. Do not apply if you cannot pay attention to details. Write Growth at the beginning of your application. If we have to provide you with more than one round of feedback on a development project, you will not be a good fit.
You must be able to deliver projects by the agreed upon due dates. Our projects are rapid turnarounds of 1-3 weeks. Occasionally we have longer term projects. Timelines will be communicated in advance.

We are an growth marketing firm that works with early stage and growth stage startups in product marketing, growth marketing, data engineering and marketing technology (martech).
We are a growing, dynamic and fully remote team of problem solvers who love what we do. We are looking for people who care about their work, are really good at what they do but also also curious, love to learn new things and have fun in the process. We aim for build long term relationships whether you work with us on a part-time or full-time basis.
We like to work 4.5 days a week (Monday – Friday morning) but occasionally, we need all hands on deck when projects need to be delivered within deadlines. This is rare but is happens occasionally and we need someone who will roll their sleeves when that time comes and get things done.
Finally, we provide performance based bonuses each year for the right people.
