Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
Remove impediments to the team’s progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Shield the team from external distractions and ensure a focused, productive work environment.
Requirements:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence teams towards a common goal.
