As a UI/UX Screen Designer at EVOLVCRAFT Agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional across a variety of devices and viewports. Your expertise in Figma and deep understanding of modern screen design trends will be essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Design & Prototyping:** Create and iterate on high-quality UI designs using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and viewports (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.).
– **User-Centered Design:** Apply UX principles to ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for the best user experience.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate requirements into compelling designs.
– **Design Systems:** Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all digital products.
– **Usability Testing:** Participate in user testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user insights.
– **Trends & Innovation:** Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our digital products.
– **Responsive Design:** Ensure all designs are responsive and provide an excellent user experience across a wide range of viewports.
– **Documentation:** Provide detailed design documentation and guidelines to support development teams in implementing your designs.
**Qualifications:**
– **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various devices and viewports.
– **Expertise in Figma:** Deep knowledge of Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaboration. Experience with other design tools is a plus.
– **UI/UX Skills:** Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility.
– **Responsive Design:** Proven experience in designing responsive interfaces that adapt beautifully across different devices.
– **Attention to Detail:** A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
– **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
