We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scraping Expert to join our tech department on a fixed-term contract for 3 months, working 20+ hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale stealth scraping automation and the ability to bypass any scraping blockers.

We have our own scraper that’s built in python and utilizes Selenium for scraping. This Scraper supports 400 + Marketplaces. We are looking for someone who can build up on our existing code to improve it , find how we are getting detected , and be able to implement in our code based methods to avoid detection. So we do not want someone to build us a scraper but work on our existing project and improve it with us

Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement advanced scraping techniques to extract data on a large scale

— Work on stealth scraping projects, focusing on bypassing scraping blockers

— Collaborate with the tech team to identify and resolve scraping blockers

— Stay up-to-date with the latest anti-scraping detection methods and technologies

— Use Python and other relevant programming languages to build scraping automation tools

Qualifications:

– Solid experience in web scraping, with a focus on large-scale automation

– Proven track record of successfully bypassing scraping blockers

– In-depth knowledge of anti-scraping detection techniques and strategies

– Strong proficiency in Python with several years of experience

– Familiarity with advanced scraping techniques such as fingerprint simulation, mouse movement emulation, human-like interactions, and captcha unblocking

– Ability to analyze complex scraping projects and provide examples of implemented unblocking techniques
