Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for guiding teams to build state-of-the-art solutions? We are a dynamic final expense insurance agency seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Consultant/Advisor to assist us in developing our "Mission Control Center."

About Us:

We specialize in final expense insurance and have a robust Salesforce setup to capture leads from Facebook and Google ads, send automated SMS messages, and integrate with Mailchimp for our marketing campaigns. We already have a skilled development team in place and are looking for an advisor to guide us in maximizing Salesforce’s capabilities and ensure we are using the platform to its fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Advise on customizing Salesforce to meet our specific business needs in areas such as client management, reporting, analytics, integration, and more.
Collaborate with our internal technology team to develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
Assist in the development of comprehensive dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Offer strategic insights to enhance our recruitment management and client service processes.
Provide training and support materials for our team to ensure seamless adoption of new features and functionalities.
Be available for consultation and troubleshooting as needed during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Advisor with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, sales process automation, reporting, and integrations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience with final expense insurance or similar industries is a plus.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$50.00
