We’re a leading video marketing agency expanding worldwide and seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to grow our tech companies client portfolio in:
UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.

Role Overview:

As a sales development representative, you’ll receive a curated list of prospects to engage via cold emails and LinkedIn messages, converting them into valued clients for our agency.

Payment Structure:
———————–
– First month: Commission-only (20% per signed client)
– Subsequent months: 20% commission plus base salary
– Ongoing commissions: SDRs receive 5% of each new project initiated by existing clients for a period of 2 years, beyond the initial sign-up

SDRs will continue to earn commissions for each new project initiated by existing clients, even after their initial sign-up.

Requirements:

Proven B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
