The helicopter was reportedly seen near a facility linked to the IRGC, signaling a possible new wave of arms transfers between Moscow and Tehran. Iran has long sought Mi-28 helicopters, Su-35 fighter jets, and Yak-130 trainer aircraft as part of a major military modernization push.
