At least 15 people were killed and more than 20 injured after a part of an apartment building collapsed in Russia’s Belgorod. The residential complex was struck by a downed Ukrainian missile. The reported Ukrainian attack has come amid Kyiv’s increasing battlefield losses. Russian President Vladimir Putin was briefed on the Ukrainian attack which Moscow dubbed as “barbaric”.
