Russian Federal Security Service claimed to have found a Ukrainian with a terror suspect. The suspect, Evgeny Serebryakov, was accused of blowing up a car on July 24. Later, on July 26, FSB said Serebryakov admitted that he collaborated with a member of the Ukrainian Security Service SBU. Watch for more.
