Job description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails senior developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be maintaining the frontend and backend communication through ROR code. Regular maintenance of database and checking the sanity of the application are the key expectations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails application.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Optimize application performance by Identifying the issues and defects and fix them with a suitable changes and improvements.

Technical and other Requirements:

6+ years’ experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and address issues reported on live site.
Experience with large-scale application development
Application performance monitoring and tuning
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
Good English communication (verbal and written)
Ready to provide 1 hour time overlap in (UTC+1) time zone.
