We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and work on our SAAS CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining complex features, ensuring a robust and scalable application. Responsibilities:
Develop new features for our SAAS CRM using Ruby on Rails.
Maintain and improve existing features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
