We need the test application for RTSP with Rapsberry Pi.
The freelancer should have at least one Rapsberry pi.

Requirement :
– Milestone 1 (1 week): VLC player (Kotlin) : Low latency within 0.5 msec (Wifi Direct)   
– Milestone 2( 1 week)  : Video streamin between 2 devices
