Need to developer a android/ios app to view IP cameras specifically HIkvision cameras using rtsp client technology.    The app must be written in preferably c#/xamarin/maui and ok with using a sdk if required.   

Use Cases:
Add multiple cameras to app
Be able to view rtsp in real-time.
Ability to playback video from IP camera

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RTSP

Experience with visioforge, vaststream, LibVLCSharp
