Key Responsibilities:
Toast Platform Integration:
Develop an RPA system that can efficiently scrape menu data from the Toast platform.
Ensure the RPA can navigate the Toast interface to accurately extract and structure menu information.
Order Placement Automation:
Create bots capable of placing orders on the Toast platform, supporting both Delivery and Pickup options.
Implement logic to handle different order scenarios and client preferences.
Notification Handling:
Develop a system to capture and process notifications from the Toast platform, including order confirmations, updates, and completions.
Ensure that the RPA system can relay this information back to the client in real-time or near-real-time.
Scalability:
Design the RPA system to support multiple instances running concurrently, allowing multiple clients to use the system simultaneously without delays.
Ensure the system is robust, scalable, and easy to deploy for new clients.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy in menu data extraction, order placement, and notification handling.
Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing and deployment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in developing RPA solutions with a focus on web-based platforms.
Familiarity with the Toast platform or similar restaurant management systems is a significant advantage.
Strong proficiency with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
