I am very quick to cut people from our Team who I misidentify as handworkers and I do have a high bar that I am trying to achieve with our store, so I don’t want to mislead anyone into thinking that I am okay with any kind of job. It took me 2 years to scale our business to where it is today, so I really operate on the basis of results and guarantees and not hope. If you are in the business of understanding how you would correlate to our companies revenue (If there is no increase from when you join, there is no point to this partnership) then this would be the team for you to push and challenge yourself and get rewarded along the way. If you have read until here, I would like you to write your strongest trait and your weakest trait so I can see if we can complement each other, and your opinion on this job and why you think you are the right fit based on your characteristics. For those who aren’t even reading until here I will obviously not be taking anyone’s application since that is a massive lack of attention to detail.
I also want to note that I have done most of this work on my own and it doesn’t take me long and I am by far no expert, if anyone is claiming that results will need to be seen in a few months is not the attitude I am looking for so it would be best for us to not work together since I already have understanding of what I am looking for. A bit about our company
We are incredibly focused on just being great. I know this sounds simple, but so many companies are money hungry and forget to put their customers first. We always prioritize our team, and our customers and we have noticed that the money just follows.
I am always looking into expansion and am gravitating towards other endeavors of software development and hedge fund management so will always be in need of a good contact for website development. Not simply looking for a hire, but a dedicated driven leader as well to match our energy in building businesses.
Please note that a lot of this we already do and as a Vape Shop the challenges for online are not for people who don’t like to put in the extra effort (I’ve done a lot of these myself so I am aware of the learning curve)
Bellow is the list of things I am looking to do with our Website but most of these are already done, just some are not strong enough to get us the traction that we need to keep growing.
Adding a bunch of products in a streamlined manner
Making sure it is organized in a way for automated ordering
Adding section for B2C Wholesale Bulk Orders (A login account would be needed)
Add a specials page for a bunch of products we would have to make an order for that we don’t carry in store
Better display of deals that we offer
EasyRoute App Integration (Already Done)
Landing page has good conversion
Backlinks
More SEO optimized (A lot have tried and failed, but we want someone who can bring us to page 1 of google and won’t stop until this happens)
All-in-1 Discount with Shopify (Already Done)
Automated Ordering with Stocky Setup how we have done it/better
A way to generate more traffic organically with how restrictive regulations are on vape shops
Forms to apply for a job as a driver
Forms to apply as a worker in our company
Focus needs to be mobile
(We would need to revamp a lot of our policies as well)
Majority of this stuff we already have done, and we are really looking for someone to take the store further online with immediate results. It would be an absolute pleasure to make the pay proportional to the profit increase that is being done but I would expect results to happen within 2 weeks in an experts hands. I am also open to ecommerce platforms other then Shopify.
