I need a basic dashboard that stores information about our vehicle fleet and notify us of upcoming maintenance/registration dates. I have some wireframes outlined here:

Key requirements:
Input form to add vehicle information
Store vehicle information and display main details in a table
Upon selecting an item from the table, the vehicle’s full details are displayed
User can update/edit vehicle’s details and resave.
Users are able to add part details and associate those to the vehicle.
There are a couple date fields associated to the vehicle. At a defined time associated to those dates, we would like to send notifications via Slack / Email, whichever is easiest.

I already have a retool account. I will take care of DNS or any changes like that. I just need this basic dashboard built.
