Description.
Provide an asterisk that picks up calls using a standard SIP trunk
Voice recognition will be performed using some external system such as GVR or GPT.
A reservation flow and a cancellation flow will be programmed in the language that the supplier requires. This programming can be done on the same or another server.
An API will be provided to connect to this booking and cancellation flow.
And finally a confirmation will be made via SMS or WhatsApp through an API that Premium Numbers will provide.
