I want to be able to migrate data and VMs to other storage devices & Hosts
Also a requirement to migrate VMs to another host by using replication, so byte level changes from source to destination.
I want to be able to migrate VMs to another host by using replication, so byte level changes from source to destination.

Scope
Find VMs on Host, select VM’s replicate
Replicate initial seeds to a new target server
Then do byte level changes in order to migrate a VM, so after initial seed only changed data is sent.
Must show status of replication and bytes pending to replicate. If byte changes fail then it is resolved either by a resync of changes or other manner, the main thing is we should not have to resync all data again, only changes.. After last sync I should be able to bring up new VM with same data. e.g. if VM is 50GB and then 1MB is changed, after the first sync only the 1MB should be sent across to the new location.
2, Option to replicate / migrate VM to SCALE, Azure and other platforms all to be included in this project.
3, Option to replicate / migrate SCALE servers to VM hosts.

Please note that FULL coding documentation and source code must be given. All of the above points to be completed and full testing to be done by the developer using their own lab.

There will be more future work for the tool., VM to Scale and Scale to VM
Other source and destination storage migration connections will be needed in the future.
So for this fixed price project I need:
1, VM replication / migration from one host to another
2, VM migration / replication to SCALE cluster
3, SCALE server migration / replication to VMware

You must have a team and full testing must be done with all bugs resolved. Please explain how you you code replication and change level changes from Source to Target.
