The Ireland Reaching Out (www. irelandxo com)  a community development charity website has been developed in Drupal and is proving too expensive and burdensome to maintain. We are proposing to re-write the entire website on an Angular basis.  

We are seeking an experienced professional to complete this task over the Q2 24.  We are looking for someone in a time zone approximate to that of Ireland. If the candidate has an interest in local history, social enterprise, community development that is a plus. We are asking candidates to review the website (link above) and propose a cost and timeline for the completion.  

In reviewing, the task, we are thinking that creating a headless CMS is the right way to go here, in this case HL-CMS replaces functionality of Drupal making the blog implementation quick and efficient. Antoher approach that we are thinking about is reuse of Drupal API for the new UI developed in Angular.

We specifically do not want an agency responding – just a sole operator.  The job will initially be a full time engagement to complete the task, and then likely an on-going retainer to add to the portal over time and to maintain.
