We are looking for a talented web designer and developer to redesign our WordPress websites for a mobile hairdresser directory. The ideal candidate should have experience in WordPress web design and Directory creation. The main tasks will include redesigning the website layout, migration of existing data/URLs, without loosing SEO-Power, integrating  and configuring and templating GeoDirectory for our purpose and the new design.
  Skills required:
– WordPress web design
– GeoDirectory knowledge
– Experience with migration of wordpress
– Adsense

At the moment we have 3 standalone systems:

A possibility can be to migrate everything on one multisite but stay with 3 country URLs and own directory database (adresses/members from each country only should be shown) is necessary.

We need the possibility to search for a hairdresser which depends on the distance of customer to hairdresser. This is a functionality GeoDirectory already has. But there can be some new fields etc. which can be necessary.
Google Ads should be integrated more seamlessly.

After migration and redesign it would be good to have someone keeping the website uptodate etc. But not mandatory.

We are a small business and we are looking for someone who can complete the redesign within 1 to 4 months.
