**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Web and Mobile App Designer/Developer to join our team and spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge recruitment portal along with its mobile application counterpart. The ultimate goal is to establish a platform that revolutionizes the recruitment industry.

**Responsibilities:**

– Design and develop a comprehensive website and mobile application that serve as a recruitment portal, incorporating features such as profile setup, job booking, client setup, job posting, registration, login security, and payment integration.
– Ensure seamless integration of features like portfolio showcasing, credentials verification, feedback/references system, encrypted communication channels, and contact management within the app.
– Implement robust security measures including two-factor authentication to safeguard user data and privacy.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.
– Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or glitches, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and platforms.
– Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in designing and developing complex websites and mobile applications, preferably in the recruitment or similar industry.
– Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.
– Strong understanding of database management systems, API integration, and cloud hosting solutions.
– Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
– Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
