Develop a visually appealing and user-friendly website that reflects our brand identity and values.
Implement features such as job listings with advanced search capabilities, candidate profile creation with resume upload, and an employer portal for job posting and application management.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading times, and seamless navigation across all devices.
Integrate necessary third-party tools and plugins, including Google Analytics and social media integrations.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
Test website functionality, identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintain and update the website as needed to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Website Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or similar.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce functionalities.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design aesthetics.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
