Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Scrum Events: Take charge of organizing and leading Scrum events, ensuring strict adherence to time-boxed schedules and promoting transparency and accountability through active participation in discussions.
2. Empowering the Team: Foster an environment where the team can autonomously organize and function cross-functionally, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of project deliverables. Provide guidance and support in the adoption and execution of Scrum principles and methodologies.
3. Removing Impediments: Identify and promptly address any impediments hindering the team’s progress, proactively eliminating obstacles and ensuring seamless project execution. Serve as a servant-leader, advocating for the team and shielding them from external distractions.
4. Ensuring Transparency: Uphold transparency by ensuring that project progress, risks, and issues are visible to all stakeholders through tools such as Scrum boards and relevant metrics. Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, prompting reflection and adaptation based on feedback garnered from Sprint Retrospectives. Lead discussions on process enhancements, collaborating with the team to implement changes that enhance productivity and quality.
6. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, methodologies, and values. Offer guidance on agile practices, aiding the team in embracing an agile mindset and culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, showcasing a robust understanding of Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, coupled with the ability to nurture collaboration and forge strong relationships within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, enabling you to address impediments and facilitate consensus among team members effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
