I have previously created a website using next.js and it is integrated with firebase auth and firestore.

The codebase of the website is poorly structured with many inefficiencies and firebase auth is done incorrectly.

I am looking to rewrite the codebase in order to properly restructure it as well as re-do firebase auth integration correctly.

The purpose of rewriting the codebase is to make future code additions easier.
