Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our project on a contract basis, tasked with developing a comprehensive real estate automation system and eventual SaaS product. This project will be executed in three phases, starting with setting up a basic automation system for real-time property data retrieval from Zillow, followed by the integration of advanced features, and culminating in the creation of a full-scale SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

– Phase 1:

– Implement data retrieval mechanisms via Zillow API or web scraping.
– Setup automation to feed data into Google Sheets or Airtable.
– Configure notifications through emails, SMS, and ringless voicemails.

– Phase 2:

– Develop a user-friendly front-end dashboard for data visualization.
– Integrate a robust backend database to store historical data.
– Implement an AI-powered voice response system for handling incoming calls.

– Phase 3:

– Expand the system into a scalable SaaS product.
– Introduce additional features and integrations based on user feedback.
– Implement a monetization strategy through subscription models and other revenue streams.

Required Skills:

– Proficiency in API integration and web scraping technologies.
– Strong experience with JavaScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages is helpful.
– Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases and server-side logic.
– Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for dashboard creation is helpful.
– Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and SaaS architecture is helpful.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Desirable:

– Previous experience in real estate technology or automation tools.
– Experience with low-code platforms like Zapier or Make.com.
– Understanding of AI technologies for voice processing.
