My agency is in Phuket Thailand. I’m covering mainly 3 regions. Phuket/Koh Samui/Koh Phangan in Thailand. I already have a domain name hosted by worldpress and I purchased a website theme/solution called WP Residence. I need a real estate website built for my unique agency (I have logo already). I need a modern energic design that look luxury with all my website setup so I can just upload new listings by my own or mark it sold out and keep track of the leads, have online chat, google analysis etc… I only Sell property no Rentals. I sell for residence and investment. I’m serious and want to have the job done properly as soon as possible.

On the cover and single page of each property I must show current status "Completed" – "Off-Plan" – "Under construction" – "Sold" – "Investment"

I also need to have ajusted the feartures and amenities in the advanced search: Private pool, common pool, seaview, beachfront, gym, garden, cinema, working space, reception, lobby, car park, to say a few. I didn’t find how to add new ones.

On single property page I need to be able to add youtube video if available, of course google map location, 360 tour if available and similar listings section.
