Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled React Engineer with a strong background in modern web technologies to work on our marketing website projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in React, TailwindCSS, Shadcn, and Jotai, and will be responsible for building and optimizing our marketing funnels to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop highly responsive web-based interfaces using React.js and TailwindCSS.
Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
Work with Shadcn for shadow DOM manipulation to ensure components are encapsulated and reusable.
Utilize Jotai for state management to handle the application’s state in a predictable way.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business and marketing goals into innovative, effective web solutions.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Conduct website performance tests and iterate upon feedback to enhance functionality.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a React Developer with a portfolio of solid projects.
Deep understanding of ReactJS, TailwindCSS, Shadcn, and Jotai.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Effective communication skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
