We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of JavaScript, specifically React framework. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Implement responsive design to ensure usability across various devices.
Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
Write functional requirement documents and guides.
Create quality mockups and prototypes.
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js, its core principles, and popular React.js workflows as Redux.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect React applications to back-end services.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.

Skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Experience with a testing framework.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
