In a dramatic development, a wad of cash was recovered from seat number 222 in the Rajya Sabha. The seat has been allotted to Congress member of the parliament Abhishek Manu Singhvi. The unclaimed cash was not claimed by anybody as per reports, and the Chairman’s announcement of the cash recovery led to a huge uproar in the parliament house. Here’s what really happened.
