We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. This role is initially part-time for 1-2 months to facilitate knowledge transfer, after transitioning to a full-time position of 9-12 months as we migrate from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and design effective test plans.
– Conduct thorough testing of our SMS messaging platform to identify and resolve any issues.
– Provide detailed feedback and documentation to developers for continuous improvement.
– Ensure the quality and functionality of new features and updates before release.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as a QA specialist, preferably in a SaaS environment.
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
– Strong communication skills for effective interaction with developers and other team members.
– Commitment to long-term employment; we are looking for a stable team member, not a short-term job seeker.
